Banking and capital markets law
On the one hand, banking and capital markets law includes lending activities with commercial or private borrowers, including the associated credit securing instruments such as guarantees and assignments by way of security and mortgages.
On the other hand it includes the capital investment business with its associated obligations for investors to receive appropriate advice and information.
In addition there are a large number of special regulations. These include regulations for the trade in securities or, in the area of Stock Exchange Law, such special procedural features as the Standard Procedure for Capital Investors.
In this exacting field, we mainly advise banks and financial service providers. However, we are of course happy to make available these services to all of our other clients.
