PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LAW
We are a competent partner for submissions under the terms of public procurement law for authorities as well as for potential private contractors concerning tendering for construction work (VOB/A), supplies and services (VOL/A) or free-lance activities (VOF) in under-limit and over-limit proceedings.

- execution of public procurement law procedure (fulfillment of procurement requirements, objections in respect of alleged violation of public procurement law in timely manner, examination and valuation of offers, exclusion of certain participants)
- Finalisation of the public procurement law procedure (pre-information notice, acceptance of a bid or cancellation) as well as representation in reexaminations by the procurement supervisory committee
